  From the summer of 2013 onwards, the chalet will available to book for up to 12 persons.The whole property for one price. That means several families or couples can split the cost, making Chalet Chocolat even better value than it already is!

• We require a deposit of 25% of the weekly rate when booking. The final balance is due no later than 8 weeks before arrival. With the final balance, we ask for a deposit cheque or bank transfer of £300.( £500 for dog owners) If there is unreasonable damage then a charge may be made, otherwise it will be returned within two weeks of departure.
