Villa con 6 camere e 12 posti letto in un residence a 20 metri dal mare

Grande villa a 20 metri dal mare formata da 6 stanze (3 con letto matrimonilae e 3 con doppi letti) e cinque bagni (di cui uno all'aperto ma privato), più salone, soppalco, terrazza, cucina e patio dove mangiare.

La casa è completamente attrezzata. Ha un barbecue esterno, e un grande solarium.

Giardino di 2500 metriquadri privato. E' situata a circa un km fuori da Stintino in una zona molto silenziosa e riservata. C'è una spiaggia vicina con mare molto bello. La Pelosa si trova a circa sei km con servizio navetta ogni ora che ferma prprio davanti a casa.

L'aeroporto più vicino è Alghero a 45 KM. Ci sono molti voli Ryanair da diverse località europee. Si consiglio l'affitto dell'auto per potersi muovere con tranquillità. Nel caso esiste anche un autobus che dal''aeroporto porta a Stintino
