• Porcilaia Cottage (ex pigsty) 2+3 this beautiful detached Cottage is next to the panoramic swimming pool and enjoy its own private area outside with table and chairs, surrounded by olive trees, roses, lavender and Rosemarie.
  
  Contains; 1 double main bedroom with sink, 2nd bedroom with 3 single beds (cannot be put together), full bathroom with shower box, dining- kitchen with oven, 4 gas rings, fridge/freezer, living room with a large arch, fire place, Electric kettle, TV not sat, English Books.
  
  BOOK IN DECEMBER AND DEDUCT €100 per week from enclosed prices **

  *All the apartments are No Smoking inside -- FREE Car Park inside our structure-
  
  
  The nearest village Rosia is only 7 km away - FREE WI-FI internet connection -in our local Bar
  The Mediterranean coast with sandy beaches, Water Park etc. is approx. 50 km away.
• On arrival a breakage deposit of 100 euro cash is payable to the owner which will be returned on the day of departure.
  Arrival time is from:15.00 to 18.00 hr - (early arrival is recommended. difficult to find the place in the dark)
  SUGGESTION –To save you time and avoiding you going out again - Please do all your necessary shopping on the way because we are in the country away from shops.
  WE recommend the large Supermarket COOP in POGGIBONSI, is next to the Superstrada, easy in and out plenty car park outside and underground in the shade, good if you have luggage with you.
  
  YOU COME OFF ON THE 2nd EXIT OF POGGIBONSI (NOT NORD) and it is just round the right corner- Lovely selection of fresh cooked food, don't miss your Sunday lunch: try the roast chicken or pork with gravy and roast potato cheap and testy, also a large selection of wines , beers, fruit etc
• Our structure is a Self-Catering and you need to bring all your personal needs, the apartments are equiped according to the people staying.
  *The owners, Silvio and Joy live on site and are a good source of informations about where to eat or where to go.
  
  The apartments are non smoking (inside)
  
  ** Bed linen and towels changed weekly - Pool towels are not supplied
  
  **FREE WI-FI internet c. is available in our local Bar in Rosia village 7 km away.
