• A €100 security deposit (£ equiv.) is required -reimbursed 15 days after your stay -minus cleaning, damages, heating & extras ( bed / bath / household linen if needed). Prices include water & electricity ( but from Sept 15th to May Ist there will be an extra charge for heating if radiators are used ). A 40% non-refundable deposit has to be paid when booking. Balance + Security Deposit to be paid 8 weeks before rental period commences. Full payment is required for reservations made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period. A 10% discount is offered for booking 2 consecutive weeks. Additional discount is also offered to reliable customers coming back regularly.Short breaks are possible but not in high season where the minimum stay requirement is for1 week.The owner is bi-lingual and a former French lecturer with a wealth of experience in English schools offering tailor-made tuition from beginners to advanced levels to learn, revise, brush up your French or broaden your knowlelge
